Be careful. The sales pitch was impressive but it went downhill from there. Told me they would bill the insurance company directly. During the contract singing there was a list of "additional" charges. one of them was an ?? hours ?? based fee for processing claims. The sales woman from cranberry acted surprised when I questioned it and said she wasn't sure what it meant (really ?). I was told that they only hired the cream of the crop for home health aids. The woman they sent to us was not even a certified home health aid and had some issues dealing with mom when she got upset. The home health aid showed up on the third day limping because of an accident she had at another clients' house. Not very safe when taking care of someone who is a fall risk.
