My brother has been in 3 rehabs in the past few months. Finally, NEMASKET has exceeded our expectations. It is attractive, welcoming and clean. He likes most of his meals, and quickly gaining his weight back! Very professional staff with a decent patient ratio. Beautiful, spacious and welcoming dining area, activity room and a private dining area for family meals. Evening activities are fun! I updated after observing frequently and listening to my brother. I’m removing one star. They seem to be understaffed. Many patients are incontinent, it takes time to care for them. The nurses on duty don’t help with this chore, when I ask for assistance. My brother needs help with getting to the bathroom. He had a foot amputation. The wait time for help has been consistent at 30/40 minutes. Too late for him. Then he’s waiting in soiled clothing for 20-40 minutes. I’ve brought this to the attention of the administrator and nursing director. They are very concerned with my issue. I will continue to update my post.

Visited today for the first time and was warmly welcomed, impressed with the facility and staff, and had all my questions answered about a family member there for rehab. Thank you so much for commitment to your patients and making visitors feel confident they are getting excellent care!

Amazing facility! The staff is incredible, the facility is always clean and the residents are all really happy. Highly recommend!
