All the staff CNAs, Nurses, and Therapist were wonderful especially Becki and Melinda. The facility was so accommodating to my mother and my family during a stressful time. I would highly recommend Plymouth Rehabilitation for my friends and other loved ones.

I can’t speak for the whole facility, but I can talk about the care givers that work on the Alden unit. The nurses, CNA’s , and all the people involved in the care of one of my closest friend. Too many people to name personally . My friend has a very progressive form of Alzheimer’s. They have been vital in helping me fight to get her properly diagnosed , but most importantly they have been taking caring for her. They met her needs, which are forever changing. I’m a very present person in the care of my friend, and I’m not always easy to deal with. But they have always been very helpful and supportive on this crazy journey to ensure my friend is well cared for.

My mom has been a resident at PLYMOUTH rehab for just over three years now. She has thrived, maintained a sense of humor and actually loves being there. I am grateful to all the employees that contribute and make it a nice place to be. Special appreciation to Melinda for caring as much as she does. Also Patrick and Emma. They always help make my Mom feel at home. Thank you all!

The staff here at the Plymouth rehabilitation center is great, first I'd like to say that Sheri/Admissions has been on point when I've asked her opinion on anything or good advice! Next I'd like to say Alley, Melinda and Meg have been in my corner lifting my Spirits up during this journey when I was feeling down at the beginning when I didn't want to be here! Next im so glad I ended up coming to Eaton Unit in the long run, Because first and foremost The nurses welcomed me with open arms, Andrea & jason, when I needed my meds pre packed for an overnight, without a doubt on point, and when it comes to running their shifts, Never had a problem. The Overnight nurse Donna, She's another one who makes me laugh before I'd try to have a goodnight Sleep! And also Layla!! Now the activity staff, I'ma start to call Benita, aunt Benita, She welcomed me with open arms, and when it comes to my menu, she makes sure her peeps are allset! Special hands down to the Lisa and jason The Cooks! CNAs Jermaine, Tyrone, Suellen and Damaris, Cristine, Lucia and Laura, they put in work like you wouldn't believe! And they all have welcomed me since day One! The rest of activity staff, Allison,Caroline, definitely grew on me as I continued to go to activities! Now last but not least, PT/OT- Brett who was there in the beginning of my journey, Lisa, Jay, Alice, Cj, Kristen, and Nancy who has worked on helping me on the last months of my hip recovery! And also i would like to say thank you to Lilly for setting up the rides to my appointments, She was on point with that, but the company wasn't! And another one of my favorites is Maria R. She calls me the king! She makes me feel Special at times! Now as far as the elevator, it would only get worse what i would say! So ima leave that alone for now!!

I am writing to let everyone know that the admission person Sherri OBrien is the most helpful and supportive to all the residents, their families , and the staff that work here. The administrator is amazing in all ways and is very involved in everything that is going on in this building she goes above and beyond. Activities director does so much with the residents for them to have fun and feel comfortable around other residents.
