My 94 year old mother was in for rehab. The staff was wonderful. I can't thank them enough for the hard work and effort they put in. From the social worker and down they work closely with you. My mother was a challenge at first but with a true team effort all ends well and my mother is able to go home. Only thing to mention it is a old building, don't let that fool you. They do what ever they can to make the person who is there as comfortable as they can. If my mother ever needs rehab again, this would be the place. Thank you Life Care.

Residents look well cared for and dressed appropriately. Some of the residents in the Memory Unit even had their hair “styled” and they liked it. Staff friendly and interact well with the residents.

I'm revising my first review which was based on the facilities and maintenance, which still need some improvements, but in all fairness, the staff here is very good, and I think they deserve recognition for their kind care and professionalism.

I was taken on a tour of the facility by Missy and found the patient spaces clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly as well. I loved the lama’s in the yard and the extra large activities calendar. Residents and patients appeared comfortable and attended to. Overall a great first impression!

I was there toe recover from spinal fusion and laminectomy, from December 8 2025 - January 14 2026. I was in B wing. The head nurse Sam was fabulous. Handled a stressful job very well. I appreciated the attention he was able to give me. There are many other nurses who were so kind and helpful. Many of the aides were great as well. The gem is the PT and OT. Wonderful to a person. Seven days a week, always encouraging you to do your best; kindness, skill, experience - I couldn’t ask for anything more. Fabulous.
