Nursing home/rehabilitation facility. My family member seems well cared for and rehab program going as planned. Busy place, as all of these facilities are. Family member spoke highly of her caretakers and room and halls were clean. Roommate also seemed well cared for.

First impressions… Clean, smells fresh. Very personable front desk person. I saw compassionate caring employees hustling to take care of people. What’s more to say.

As a heath care worker most of my life, I can say that this by far is the worst, I've seen. The place is not clean, and the food is horrible, but the worst is, the staff shortage. In various occasions, my husband would text me at 10pm, so that I would call the nurses station to let them know that his call bell had been ringing for over thirty minutes and no one would answer. The PT department is a joke too. My husband is not a complainer at all and he said that he would rather die than go back there. To top it off, my husband was left alone with vomit on his gown most of the night, until a CNA finally came to help. The ambulance wasn't called until the next morning, after he called me and I called them. He ended up getting his gallbladder taken out. The sad part is, you'd pass by the nurses desk and there would be a few staff members joking around. Maybe others had a different experience there, but this was ours. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Months later, I want to share appreciation for the staff of Life Care Center Leominster for taking such good care of my mom throughout a few stays there, including her very last with her last breaths of life. She especially commented that the staff of physical therapy and a physical therapy dog made her happy and helped her to continue on as best she could through her last year of life. And I especially want to thank the one male nurse who I met…I think his name may have been Nick…who offered the truly most compassionate care on my mom’s last day and after her passing there in April 2025. I wish you all well…I wish you love…and I hope you take very good care of yourselves.
