Sherry, the secretary is always pleasant & greets us with a smile. The staff are always very friendly and attentive to our dad who has been there for over 8 yrs. Dad can be a handful at times but the staff continues to show kindness towards him and us.

First, no Nursing Facilty gets 5 stara but this one is running close. My mother in law is at this facility and fortunately has her mind so she is highly aware of what's going on around her and knows names of most of the staff assigned to her! This facility is very clean, the visitor bathrooms are nice and clean. The staff speaks when spoken to and that is very nice. Kudos for Tamika who takes very good care of my mom in law and she is so pleasant and courteous! Not sure of the wing but mom is in Rm 312 so actually that side of the buildings staff are all very nice! They take great care of my mom in law!

We had a pleasant experience with this senior center during recent onsite notary appointment. The staff were warm and friendly, the facility was nice and well organized.

The nurses are great. They take good care of my grandma. (She can be a handful sometimes.). Also the building was very clean. And smelled decent giving the fact that it’s an elderly are facility.

Very bad place to live. The call button did not work. My relative needed a drink of water, mouth parched, no one ever checked to see if he needed anything. Went almost 2 days and nights with no water since he was bed bound.! Mouth so dry he could hardly talk! Many times he pushed the call button with no response.! When I came to visit I discovered the call button did not work so the light outside his room never turned on!!! Staff was unconcerned and NOT helpful or very nice. It also had a terrible odor! Do NOT put anyone you love in this place! They will be neglected!
