I cannot say enough wonderful things about Assisting Hands Home Care in Lee’s Summit. During one of the most difficult and emotional times for our family, their team stepped in with compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness that made an incredible difference in our lives. From the very beginning, they worked with us on extremely short notice and helped us navigate a situation that felt overwhelming. Every interaction was met with patience, understanding, and a sincere desire to help. Their communication was excellent, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our loved one received the care, dignity, and respect they deserved. I would like to personally thank each and every caregiver who came into our home. Your kindness, gentle hearts, and dedication did not go unnoticed. You treated our family with such compassion during a time when we needed it most, and for that we will always be grateful. The comfort and support you provided brought peace of mind that simply cannot be measured. The caregivers were not only highly skilled, but truly caring people who treated our loved one as if they were a member of their own family. That level of genuine compassion is rare and invaluable. Jasmyne R. Is the most incredible, caring woman who has ever helped my family. My grandfather has had some serious health problems over the years. Many caretakers seem to be in a rush with him, as he cannot talk well and has trouble getting around… but not Jasmyne. She genuinely cares. One especially meaningful thing is that she has so much patience when feeding him. He has had prior difficulties with caregivers rushing his meals, which has caused him to aspirate many occasions. Jasmyne had patience with him without us even telling her about these issues, so I wanted to highlight this. My family and I are deeply appreciative of her hardwork, genuine and sincere character, and avidity to make this world a better place. You can tell this is something she is passionate about, and I can never thank her enough. Please, give this woman a raise… and a hug! It is truly touching when an outsider seems to care so much for someone so important to you, and Jasmyne does this for us every time.

My dad fell and broke his arm a few months ago and was in need of assistance with daily tasks, such as cooking and light cleaning, while he recovered. We feel very fortunate to have found Assisting Hands. Sharon paired him with Sandra, who has been a wonderful caregiver for him! She is so kind and it is very clear that she enjoys helping people. Sharon and Amber have been great to work with and are very responsive! I highly recommend Assisting Hands!

My sister hired Assisting Hands Home Care for 24/7 care, overall it’s been a really good experience. There have been a couple small issues here and there with some caregivers, but most of them have been super kind, helpful, and caring. One caregiver, Jasmyne, has been absolutely amazing. She works so hard and genuinely cares, and it really shows. Were really grateful for the help and would reccommend them to anyone looking for care. Thank you assisting hands.

My mother-in-law has been receiving assistance from Assisting Hands for 6 months and has been very happy with the help she has received. PaQuita has been amazing from day one. She knows what needs to be done before asked. She helps with bathing, meal prep and light house cleaning. My MIL has commented she enjoys her conversations with PaQuita as well. She is kind and caring. Customer service has also been great with schedule changes that we had and very easy to work with. We have been very happy we made the call to get some help.
