I came to see my Brother in law and Sister in law. He was very sick. The staff and hospice were both very attentive to him and tried to keep him comfortable. They did an excellent job.

The care my parents receive in Life Care is good. The staff are kind and considerate. The other tenants there seem happy and taken care of. I and my siblings visit regularly and unscheduled. We are all pleased with their care.

Our relative has resided here for eight months. This staff has been amazing. We had our relative in a different facility that left him in bed all day, didn’t change him, had no interest in helping him learn to walk again. LCCKC is the exact opposite. The staff always communicates with us. They have taught him to walk again, talk again, and remember things after his strokes. They’ve really taken a true interest in his recovery and well-being. Truth be told, I don’t get a warm fuzzy in any nursing home, but I really appreciate how he is treated with respect and compassion.

**UPDATE** Spoke to Matthew and they gave me the run around saying they couldn't work with her legs due to every time they move her her stats would go down but moving her to the bed with a crane to a hospital wheel chair was not an issue. when I asked why they couldn't work with her legs like the hospital did they had no response. Matthew had said lets look at the positive she went to the hospital. There is no positive behind that if they were to work on her legs where she was able to stand up or not she would of never got a bunch of blood clots in her lungs. Since being at the hospital they have her sitting on the edge of the bed and working with her legs FYI if PT was doing this in the first place she would of never went into the hospital also if her stats would go down every time they move her why didn't they send her back to the hospital in the first place. If I can do 0 stars I would. I do not recommend for anyone to go to this place if your loved one is here, get them out. Every time me or a family member would go to see our loved one can never find a nurse to get information or even to leave the place. My loved one ended up having to go back to the hospital due to many many blood clots that started in her legs and went into her lungs. They were supposed to getting her up and walking PT was only worried about her hands from when she fell and had to have surgery. my love one was there for about a week and had not even started walking it took them 4 days to get her a bed with railings they said they are working on getting her a wheelchair for her but never did. I am so beyond pissed at this place. You only see good reviews from employees how great this place is but the people who have loved ones here its bad this place needs to be shut down.

Being in customer service management for 40+ years, I was very impressed with every staff member I encountered at Life Center. Everyone is warm, welcoming and very helpful. Most importantly, they are very focused on providing a positive experience for both their residents and employees with regular social activities scheduled. It is a clean and neat facility, with some areas having been remodeled. However, the rooms themselves could use some TLC to warrant a 5 star rating. For a nursing facility, I feel comfortable knowing my loved one is satisfied with her surroundings and the level of care she’ll receive.
