There have been so many times that I should have written a positive review. Every staff member on my husband‘s current and former units have been incredibly accommodating, patient and kind to him and to me. The nursing staff has been responsive to any concerns I might have and quick to inform me of any special issues or needs regarding my husband.Management and business offices are very accessible and can be extremely helpful with any questions I might have. They coordinate well with outside services, such as the nearby hospital, outpatient clinics, and hospice. I visit frequently and have never known the staff to be anything but gentle, friendly and quickly accommodating. I realize that these patients requiring memory care can be especially challenging and resistant to care, but the staff is well -trained in working with the special needs of this population. Support services, such as dietary, laundry, recreation, salon, transportation, and housekeeping offer high-quality services. I am especially grateful that I am quickly notified of any changes or concerns regarding my husband and receive quick responses to any of my questions.

I was there to visit Georgia Long, The staff was very friendly and caring, they watch patients very careful, they give patients their undecided attention. They take time to explain to patients the importance of using their walkers because they care about them and want to keep them safe from falling. As a visitor, they asked if I needed anything, I felt very welcome. Very good visit!

I work with a local hospice company and had not been to Garden Terrace for quite some time. Had a great experience visiting the facility. Facility nurse, Tina was amazing, helpful and very nice during my visit.

My sister is at this facility, the food is great, and overall the care is good, my two complaints are that the staff parks in the visitor areas leaving the real visitors no option than to park far away from the main entrance, second one is that the staff constantly on their phones, not just in the area where my sister is, but as you walk around you can see them on their phones all the time. I’m a teacher and when I’m working I’m not allowed to use my phone. They should implement a rule about this.
