I would never recommend this place for a job or caregiver. If I could do no stars I would. This place seriously is a joke. They dont pay the federal amount. They pay 13.75 and then the card fees on the card will take all of your money for "transfer fees" I had been paid 15 dollars as a paycheck because I took transfers out and by the time I woke up it was gone. That's the second time thats happened. I cant get ahold of anyone in the office and when I do they blow me off. Sooner or later the federal government will find out. How they are running this business and then maybe theyll actually pay caregivers decent money instead of paying for a party bus for the office people. The whole point in this job is to take care of people and I feel like even my client gets the same treatment. Shes called and called with no answer. Yet when I looked online seems like they were all out partying. They must get paid the right amount. Federally.

UPDATE! I got a raise! The folks at Freedom Care acted quickly to make sure I was satisfied as a valved employee. I will always recommend them to anyone who is in need of a caregiver. If there was a way to give more stars... They would all be lit up! I like working for them alot but the only thing that bothers me is not getting paid at least minimum wage. I guess there's some kind of a loophole. Other agencies in my area start out out at at least 15.75 an hour. Perhaps I'll get a raise soon.

Freedom Care is an amazing opportunity, working with both my own schedule, and the clients to insure I provide the best care possible. They continue to check with both parties to make changes when necessary(to make the client as comfortable as possible), and that I am a good caregiver as well. Training was easy and self paced, and the pay is great. I love working for Freedom Care, and would highly recommend anyone looking into Non-Medical Caregiving as a career to apply to Freedom Care!
