11/28/25 **UPDATED** The issues have been resolved. Thank you. Dr. Davis We are trying to be happy with Liberty. The people are warm and attentive. But we have been trying to get certain equipment for the better portion of a week. Called and texted one person for several days - no response. Called yesterday for a wheelchair and mattress. Was told we would have the wheelchair sometime that same day. Stayed up waiting......and waiting....no call or anything. Told (again) that they would be checking on the mattress. We have said over and over - just give us a decision so we can move on but again...waiting..... Have not seen the nurse yet - been a week... Dr. Davis

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I can’t say enough about how supportive and helpful they were to work with. We actually had to move my brother to another facility to be closer to a family member and although we had to leave their service, their sole interest was the well-being and taking care of the wishes of our family.

Liberty was so helpful when my uncle was transitioning. From the first encounter with this agency they made everything so easy. From getting the right equipment home before he passed away then even after he passed. They were compassionate during a very difficult time for our family. We will be forever grateful to Liberty.

Liberty Hospice took care of my mother as we started on her journey home. They loved her and she loved them. We couldn't have asked for them to be any better to her/us. They were there when we needed them everytime. If you are having to make the difficult decision of what and where your next step for your loved one is, Liberty is the right place. Put your trust in them, you will not be disappointed. It was so easy from the admission to the transition, they were there for our whole family. We loved them all. We are forever changed by this experience. Liberty left an imprint on all of our families hearts. Thank you too all of you. We will forever be grateful for the love and compassion that you showed us all.
