My mom has been a client of this center for years. We are extremely fortunate to deal with Tanicha the schedule coordinator and Melissa my mom Aid. Tanicha and Melissa are both helpful, friendly patient and always willing to assist. They have made the many changes in my mom schedule smooth, effortless and as accommodating as possible. I admire these ladies and the work they do!! it is not easy dealing with clienteles and their families of this caliber and yet they do it with ease and love in their hearts!! We are greatful everyday for them!!

**Edit to respond to owners reply** The "stepping away" was not done in response to any physical threat to the Liberty employee. My son is not in any way shape or form aggressive. They were having a verbal disagreement. She was aware of my son's history of self harming when he is as upset as he was in this situation. She did not notify me despite having a text thread with me on her phone, she did not notify her direct supervisor or if she did, that person did not notify me and she did not notify his behaviorist also a team member she has direct contact with. She got fed up with arguing with my son and just took off telling him she was done working with him. Again completely inappropriate and absolutely ignored the treatment plan. And in case anybody asks? I am an RN with YEARS of experience working with psychiatric, group home and autistic persons. Her response to the situation constitutes neglect. Also when Christine Mian CEO contacted me it was obvious she had no idea about what had occured. Oh she cares alright. She cares about the money her DSS contract makes her. My son receives services from the autism waiver program thru DSS. Liberty provided a like skills coach (mentor) While she seemed very good at first and Liberty talked a great talk about how they work closely with the whole team (including me the mother of the autistic adult) the actions (or in action) of his mentor could have been literally fatal yesterday. After engaging in a continuing back and forth about an interaction they had the previous week where the mentor ended up leaving early because my son could not be redirected she returned this week, there was a meeting (virtual) with the behaviorist and I (at work) assumed all was settled. Apparently it reignited after that meeting. Were it not for my daughter being home sick from work I would not have known that the mentor not only left and ndid not inform me or her boss, but she left him in a crisis state. My son engaged in self harming and had his sister not been home to alert me to how escalated he was things could have ended very badly. I (nurse) had to urgently leave work and race home and ensure his safety. Liberty obviously does not train or supervise their staff properly and this could have led to a very tragic outcome. Do not trust your loved one's wellbeing and care to these unprofessional people
