It's a beautiful facility though I'm mad at them for telling my grandparents that they can't have their hummingbird feeder attached to their outside metal patio fence. For the amount they pay to be there they should get to do something so trivial that brings multiple people joy to look at the hummingbirds. It's a Ridiculous rule.

One of my main concerns is security. I moved here over a year ago and have experienced months of malfunctioning security gates. A resident demolished one of our gates, and it took the owners months to replace it. Many residents complained, while the owners left us with no gate. Possibly haggling with insurance companies, lawyers, faults, and bids until an agreement was reached. Meanwhile, those of us with pets risked walking around the community late at night in fear for our safety. Mechanical equipment may fail from wear and accidents, but for most of the senior residents, this is the reason we moved here to feel safe. I must commend the staff. Mrs. Knox, the community manager, extends herself to accommodate all the residents. Debbie, James, and Mark are pleasant and always willing, when available, to assist.

This place is in my long-term plan! With a beautiful pool area AND a separate courtyard with a fountain and fireplace, a library, a fitness room, a theater, a crafting room, and a pub, it has all of the rooms I want in my future home! Plus it comes with a wide variety of activities to keep one amused during the day and into the evening. Now...I just need to get my kids out of the house and age into this location! (Disclaimer for those who don't know how much I love my children: Don't worry! I love my teenagers and won't leave until they're independently settled!...I have a few more years before I turn 55 anyway.)
