Care went from several thousand a month to over 20k a month once someone who started visiting my mother got control of everything. Tried to complain to management but was hung up on when we said we were concerned because my mother indicated this person was doing this for several clients at the home. Mom tried to relocate to different Brookdale location and staff refused to work with the admissions representative at other Brookdale location. The over 20k a month was charged through the facility so this isn't about the person who took control over my family member.

Clean and well-maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Residents all seemed happy, content, and well-cared for. Outstanding facilities and services. I really, really like it!
