They are superb and truly do the Lord’s work by caring for both the patient and their family! Rather than transfer to a nursing home and leave a familiar environment, Baptist Hospice took care of my mother at her assisted living facility. Their multidisciplinary team approach was extremely well coordinated and included a physician, nurse case manager, clinical nursing aides, chaplain, and social worker. They also coordinated with a DME vendor for such things as a hospital bed and specialty supplies. Although everyone was truly superb, we will forever be indebted to Becky, our nurse case manager.

My mother in law was on service with Baptist Hospice and was transferred to the Baptist Reynolds Hospice House where she lived out her final few days. The care and compassion she received was second to none. Not only the care and compassion she received, but the entire family. We all felt so loved and supported before, during, and after. I would recommend their services to ANYONE!

In such a difficult time for our family Baptist hospice took us through every step of the process with such patience and compassion. There amazing staff was so knowledgeable attentive and compassionate to our loved one. My family can rest easy knowing she passed as comfortably as possible with the caring hands of Baptist. There are not enough words to express my gratitude towards the staff and caregivers of this company for treating us all with dignity and respect in this.

This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. My lady was supposed to get a visit from a nurse, pt and ot for 4 weeks. They were sporadic at best nonexistent at worse. They never kept her on any kind of schedule. Some weeks nobody showed up at. This, in turn, made the total time over 8 weeks to complete. Speaking to the office just resulted in lies I do have to give them credit for their therapists and nurses. Everyone we had contact with was wonderful. There was not a bad word I could say about any of them. However, I do not recommend this business.

Yes.
