The staff that comes the your home is fabulous. If I was just rating the would have a five. The is the the management. I have never talked such a know it all and someone that thinks so highly of themselves. She continually talked over raised her voice and called me a liar when I was trying to explain about my private phone call with one of their subcontractors. Very unprofessional and rude.

We had Nurse Mary when my husband needed home healthcare. We were super pleased with not only her but the company. They communicated weekly for any concerns or needs we may have had outside of our visits and got us processed and assigned for our care needs within 24 hours of our discharge. I would definitely recommend the service. We would definitely use again if ever needed.

I'm having a great experience with Extendicare. Everyone (supervisors snd therapists) has provided me with excellent service including home care, PT, OT and wound care. They are always professional, concerned about my welfare and revovery, and give top notch assistance. I had serious issues after being hospitalized for several months and Extendicare has helped me make a miraculous recovery. I highly recommend them.

Extendicare has been providing care for my husband for some time now and has been providing extraordinary service. The Nurses are great, knowledgeable, courteous, and very caring. Whenever a concern came up or if they see something different, they have been working with us to find a solution or schedule appointments. The Therapist are also great, knowledgeable, and very caring. I feel like extendicare is a part of our family and I 100% recommend this company and their awesome service they collectively provide.

Extendicare worked with me at a time, I couldn't get home health from any other agency. They have good knowledgeable Nurses that work around your schedule and not dictate the schedule like some others I have dealt with in the past. My experience has been positive and I would recommend them. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the office, sometimes they cut your order for supplies with out telling your nurse. That would be my only complaint!
