they did not help my grandpa walk it was horrible they left him in a wet bed you had to ask for them to check in it was horrible worst experience! And there sending mail that he is alive still in the nursing home when he died back in December 2024. Do not recommend you’ll regret it

My loved one was a patient in this place May 2023. I don’t know how they are allowed to be in business. The meals were horrible, the bathroom was dirty. The shower was across the hall and filthy. There were three showers, two of them were filled with wheel chairs and stuff that had been stored. These two were not useable. The other shower and the only one that they said was available was a disaster. No hot water. I had to shower my relative in cold water. The pipe coming from the wall leaked and I had to put a wash cloth over it to quickly be able to steer the water to another direction. Please do not send your relative here. It needs to be condemned and shut down. The staff does not check on patients and if they wet on theirselves, they lay in it. They are so incompetent. Please do Not send your relative here. They tell you what you want to hear but they do Not take care of the patient. This is like a dungeon. Please, please do not settle for this place. I arrived to see my relative and he was unresponsive, I had them call 911. My relative was taken to Spartanburg Regional and passed a few days later. Had I not went to visit him on that day, he would have probably died there due to them not checking on him. It’s a horrible place. Not enough staff to cover the patients and worst on weekends. Please don’t consider this place as an option for your loved one.

If I could give this facility negative stars, I would. While the Administrator and the Director of Nursing claim they encourage family members to bring issues directly to them, they are all talk. They do absolutely nothing to resolve issues, and they fail to follow up on family complaints or take any corrective action whatsoever. The neglect starts at the top.<br>My mother went through four days of absolute neglect here before she passed away. The night and weekend staff are deeply unprofessional, hostile, and routinely fail to check on patients. My mother would call me late at night crying because she couldn't get help, forcing me to call the facility from home just to demand that someone assist her.<br>Every family member who visited witnessed the systemic lack of care and tell me they felt ignored when asking for assistance.<br>My dying mother was rarely provided with water, and we consistently had to empty overflowing trash cans in her room ourselves.<br>Weekend staff regularly ignore the main entryway doorbell, leaving visiting family members locked outside.<br>When my mother passed, not a single staff member offered assistance or a word of condolence. I packed mom’s belongings myself and walk behind my mother’s gurney and undertaker while carrying her bags.<br>The night nurse unlocked the door to let our family and the undertaker with our mother’s body out, completely ignored our grief, and immediately walked out to smoke in her car. Thats the level of disrespect we received from the very person that was in charge of our mother’s care.<br>To this day, not one member of this facility’s leadership or staff has reached out to express their condolences. That total silence speaks volumes about how little these people care about the individuals in their charge and the families left behind. The empty promises from the administration and the staff's staggering lack of basic human decency stripped my mother of her dignity during her final days. This place ought to be investigated.

I have dealt with other acute care facilities and have never had such kind, caring, and helpful staff. Insurance is insane and these women are a huge help navigating all the paperwork. They keep the whole place moving like a well-oiled machine. Great interactions with caretakers too. Everyone seems to care so much which can be hard with such an overwhelming job! Thank you.

My mother-in-law was there and received excellent care also my aunt is still there and receiving the same level of care. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
