I applied online in December 2024. I cannot download documents from my computer. In January 2025 I took all the documents to the rental office and gave them to the property manager, Mrs. Meadows. She would not take them. She could not find my application and said it was lost in the system. I have lost my birth certificate since then. I was notified a few weeks ago that an ap0artment is available for rent. Because I am from Pennsylvania it will take longer the allotted time that I am given to receive another birth certificate in the mail. It is beyond my control that I cannot get it within the needed time. I must have a birth certificate to get a Maryland State ID. That should be sufficient proof that I have a birth certificate because the property manager would not take my documents in January when I had all of them!
