If I have one thing say about It's My Home Care is that their staff is amazing. I had reached out to them for help for a client that I was doing home care for but she needed more assistance than what I could give her. So I reached out and they sent me the most perfect person named Julie to work with me and my client.Jurjita matched up the perfect person for me to work with. I don't know what I would have done without them.

It's my home care is a really good professional business they really care Abt the ppl they serve in they homes. My experience personal is that I really needed someone that I could really trust and (jergita eisamann ) gave me that piece of mind ever since I met her. She really cares . I will recommend if you looking for your family member to b taking care of the right way 👍

We would definitely use them again! We hired an aid through It’s My Home Care, LLC, for full time 24-7 care when our mother was getting released from Rehab in June of 2023. Mom needed all her meals prepared, housework performed, and some assistance with bathing etc. She needed someone there to keep an eye on her too, in case she fell again, and due to her forgetfulness. Besides that, she needed a companion to visit with her and walk with her during light exercise. We got the perfect aid for mom’s needs. Mom’s aid was excellent and very accommodating with mom’s meal choices and daily schedule. We communicated to her several meal examples to cook for mom – that mom would like and would eat - and provided a list for her too (you can’t expect people to be mind-readers when your mother may not be able to communicate properly). Mom’s aid proved to be super caring, trustworthy, and loved my mother. Jurgita, the owner, was excellent: following up, and checking in often – making sure things were running smoothly. The invoices she provided were very accurate and fair. When mom’s aid went on vacation, we were provided with another trustworthy aid during that time. Trustworthiness was extremely important to us, and we were not disappointed! We had absolutely no experience with aids before, and we, like everyone else, had heard other people’s horror stories about some other agencies/aids, so we were quite cautious. Praising God for these trustworthy aids and this great agency! Note: Mom went into an Assisted Living facility in September of 2023 so we had to end their services but I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of help!

I recently needed to engage homecare for my Mom. I received a referral to It’s My Home Care, and made a call to check out their service offerings. I have used other agencies for similar care in the past. I met with Jurgita Eisemann, she reviewed our needs, explained how her company works and told me she had some people in mind that would be a good fit. I decided to go with her services. I have now met 3 caregivers; each one has been delightful and very good in meeting our needs. Each person has treated my family with respect and provided the services we need in a professional and personal way. Jurgita’s skill in analyzing our needs and finding the right staff as made this an easy transition for our family.

Jurgita and her team helped a family member when we needed their expertise. You can tell.when someone cares for others like they are family... Jurgita went to relitives home multiple times to help establish a strong relationship with all stakeholders. She was very clear and listed to all our needs to ensure we understood exactly what to expect and how to provide the best care at an affordable rate. I will always appreciate this professional and caring team. Highly recommend after many years of working with multiple care taking services.
