Horrible customer service on there end. Had a client just passed away (literally choked to death) on friends and family due to lack of care services. Kept telling him he was moving just to keep him calm even though they knew he was never going to move.

This place is absolutely terrible, the agent we were placed literally did not do her job at all and I only figured this out after we fired ILS and went to a new vendor signed up with BRS. She would call us from her work phone in the car on her way dropping her kids off and her phone would drop in and out, she wouldn't answer calls and texts and she had me doing her job and sending her confirmations from job applications so that she would allegedly call. I did this for my brother, it wasn't even for me and she literally wasted 3-4 months pretending she was trying to help my disabled brother. I would highly NOT RECCOMEND this place.
