We were very happy with the quality of care our family member has received until they sent an aide that was a young man who took my brother out to bars and spent $12,000 in two months and the company, although only authorized by me to provide 60 hours of service billed me for way over that until I started looking at the bills. The administration staff did NOTHING so I fired them and moved my brother to an ALF. Never use them.
