Choosing a facility to care for your loved one can be a scary and challenging decision because you just don't know what happens. When I was faced with the decision to choose a facility for my husband's care, I was happy that I got him transferred him to the right one.<br><br>Ignite Medical Resorts in Dyer, Indiana, by far, was the best choice. The staff? Polite, professional and took time to assist when needed. The facility? Provides a comfortable environment for its guests to relax in the many sections to eat, entertain family members; your loved one is not confined to their room. The facility provides engaging activities for your loved one to participate in. I enjoyed Bingo and they provide live music. They have the ability to transport your loved one to medical appointments and the most convenient is their in house Dialysis service. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for short term care for their loved one. The amenities provides its guests with peace of mind for nutrition and mental stimulation. Thank you all for caring for my husband!

This is a great place. My mother was there for 3 weeks and they treated her like an actual person. She was very happy with Ignite as well. Wouldn't go or suggest anywhere else.

Horrible for our care. Our experience is that our father came in for physical therapy. We were told inpatient pt would be best. My father and the family agreed. My father had barely any pt. Later in bed for hours and hours. Same clothes. Not washed. We realized that his physical abilities were getting worse so we asked to speak with the Md that was supposed to be monitoring care. Unreachable. No voicemail. Hung up on over and over. We asked the nurse to request discharge, but it has been days and we can’t get him out. Social worker at ignite won’t call back. She threatens us with having to pay the bills ourselves and insurance not covering if we take dad out against the md’s care plan. We can’t reach Md . In the meantime, dad is getting worse for lack of care and movement. Ignite is a huge mistake for us.
