Horrible, horrible facility. I wouldn't even let my pet turtle stay there. What they did to my mother in law in her 7-8 month stay there can't even be put into words. Her deterioration was indescribable. The lack of care from just about every nurse there should be looked into. Most of them just don't care. The amount of times we walked in, her door was closed, and she was yelling with a hoarse voice asking for water, which was left behind her on her side table where it was unreachable. Her call button always out reach. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. For almost $10,000 a month, the lack of care is uncalled for.

Zero stars. Place is disgusting. The staff is non responsive. Family member was left alone for hours then rushed to hospital and passed a few days later. Never filled water. Catheter not checked by a RN or doctor. Food is not edible. Slipped to end of bed with no response for help. I can’t believe they are still open.

Mom has lived at Dyer Nursing & Rehab for over a year now. While we are unable to provide her care in our home, the staff we have encountered have all been respectful and nice to mom. She is in a Memory Care wing which may require a little more patience, as each patient has different levels of memory needs.<br>Thankful for a place nearby, where mom is safe and being taken care of.
