My brother and I spoke to an administrator at Westside Care Center named Ashley F. She ensured us that she was handling everything and she did not. I do not understand why they hired such an incompetent person in this position. Get someone who is professional and knows what they are doing, rather than pretends that they do and just says whatever they need to for a paycheck. Get better employees!

Young woman name Ashley Frame lied to me and my family members to my face twice here and I will never believe their stuff. Beware. Do not trust this place with your family or friends. Their administrator say whatever they need to in order to cover themselves and do not care about health and the well-being of others.

On a medical stand point, this place is very unprofessional! They send patient to their appointments without medication lists or any form of documents which takes up the provider's time, the patient's time as well as causing the provider to run behind schedule. It is also not easy to get live person to speak to! You are transferred multiple times before getting to the right department.

Absolutley horrible very unprofessional. The nurses hand out the wrong meds, the supervisors don’t know what there doing, very illiterate, the place is dirty all the time, cups have milk stains for the meal before, and I can honestly go on all day on how horrible this place but I’m not. Highly do not recommend. RUN ! I took my mom straight out of there.

Don't send anyone there the place is nasty dirty and mole all over it is nasty staff dirty don't know what they are doing wait I calling state on them the place should be closed down I don't know how they are open the nurse don't know what they are doing the bed is so hard rather sleep on floor nasty place I calling the state those people that live who no family sorry for check any place that won't let you have visit in room is cause are keep something so you can't see
