If I could give this place zero stars I would. Please dont send your loved ones here if you have other options. The staff present themselves as kind and friendly but they are lazy, they avoid assisting patients, they dont follow patient med lists, and they dont even follow basic medical protocols such as drawing a patients blood at admission to get a baseline on where a patient is. This place should be shut down immediately!

This place needs to be shut down for a thorough cleaning and needs to be updated. Everything needs to be thrown out. The beds, dressers, tvs. Everything is old and delapidated. It smells. Doors don't work. It's dirty, unsanitary. The floors are nasty. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on the mattresses. The food is barely edible. I'm surprised the residents don't catch something. It seems like the employees don't care. They are just here for a paycheck. All the money this place receives it should be better. They need to do better. They don't care, they're just pocketing the money. This is not a place I would have my family member live out the rest of their life. Unfortunate circumstances put my grandmother here. I wish I could get her out of this God forsaken place.

Mom went in healthy, now has gangrene in her right foot. Black skin from infection, this is severe for 90 year old. !!! Was ballroom daning 6 months before! Sister said she has to clean the toilet and floor every time she goes there. I have not been able to talk to mom for 21 days neither have her friends or grand children by phone and most of us live out of state. The phone is not answered , or they send you to her floor and no one answers or it goes to voice mail and they never return you call or the voicemail is full. One time they told me she had been moved. I sent the police for a well care visit and they would not let him actively see her and h could only tell me she was Ok. I asked if he could take a picture of her foot and he said he didn’t actual see her?? How can I file a component without a picture. How can the police say they did a well care check without actually seeing her

We place our mom here for 5 days, while we went south for an event she has dementia, we took care her 3 year, when we bought her there, her TV didn't work, I request it to be fix, it never did, we had family visiting everyday, always wet (soaked) the same sheet on the whole 5 day, it had 2 small holes at the bottom, they were still there when we came to pick her up, I ask at the desk can someone help me change her, no response, just grinning at each other, til i told them, I done the same job for 42 years, then they move slowly, and they must don't get report, they act like they didn't know, abig bruise, her attitude was in a fighting mood just touching her, they were warn of her resistance to care, but working with the dementia, u learn how to handle them and keep trying giving them still with respect, I did it, unite dressers was sticky, someone else socks still in a drawer, so the unites was never washed, I will never put her in that place again,I regret I didn't inspect this place sooner
