This facility was recommended by a EMT I know. The building and rooms were clean and well maintained. The care staff was outstanding! My father’s CNA Michelle was personable, kind, caring and treated the patients with dignity and respect. I so appreciate her and can’t thank her enough! I would recommend Manchester Rehab and Healthcare as a place to care for your loved ones.

The entire staff was fantastic. PT tested and pushed me enought that I wanted to get better faster. The nursing staff was always there to answer questions or solve any problems. The cleaning staff always kept my room spotless. The kitchen was always happy to help a picky eater. I am very happy with the care I was given at Manchester Rehab and will recommend you . Thank you for helping me thru this tough time Tom Zerio

It was a very scary time for our family when my mom fell and needed to go to rehab. We looked at other places, but none of them were as clean, welcoming, or comforting as Manchester Manor. From the moment we arrived, we were received with love, knowledge, and reassurance. The staff made us feel confident that my mother was going to be okay. My mom has now completed rehab, and I can honestly say that if your parent or loved one ever needs rehab care, Manchester Manor is the place to be. For our family, cleanliness was the number one priority, and this is truly one of the cleanest rehab facilities I have ever seen. The employees were kind, happy, attentive, and professional. We are so grateful for the care my mother received. Manchester Manor is number one for us.

Our family is so grateful for the excellent care that Manchester Rehab provided to our 96 year old mother. I cannot speak more highly of their staff, from the Director of Admissions, Director of Finance, Director of Nursing, to their APRNs and Nurse Supervisors , Nurses, CNAs, various Therapists, food service workers, facilities staff and housekeeping. We were treated with kindness and respect by all in every interaction. We were also impressed with how the staff worked so well together as a team. There was a joy in their teamwork. Our mother was very sick when she was transferred from the hospital to Manchester Rehab and Healthcare. The staff admitting her was wonderful from the start. When it became clear that she would not recover from her illness, the staff was sensitive to our situation and her nearing death, and were so kind in caring for our frail mother. We cannot fully express how wonderful the staff at Manchester Rehab was to us and our family. We will always appreciate the care that was given to our mother in her last few weeks.

My father was in Manchester Manor for almost a month. It was his first time being in short term rehab. It was the best experience he could have ever had. I’m so glad we picked Manchester Manor. The staff was always respectful, pleasant, and generous with my father. They brought a smile to his face during a tough time. Every department who interacted with him went above and beyond. Thank you so much for helping our family feel welcomed and taken care of. -Lisa Bouchard
