My mother was transferred here after an 11-day hospital stay for rehabilitation related to a broken leg. She stayed only two days because we felt we had to move her for her safety and care. She frequently waited 30 minutes or longer after pressing the call light for assistance on a regular basis. One night, despite being unable to safely move on her own, she somehow struggled to get to the bedside commode by herself and had an accident while trying to use it. She was left waiting more than 30 minutes for help while fecal matter remained on the floor and around the commode, creating a serious fall risk for someone already recovering from a major leg injury. Staff eventually came in only to hand her a clean nightgown, leaving her exposed in bed and still without proper assistance or cleanup. The fecal matter and soiled commode were left in the room overnight and were not cleaned until the following day. At no point did staff properly help clean or care for her after the incident. There were also multiple attempts to give her incorrect medications, which she fortunately questioned and refused. Staff attitudes often came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The room and facility did not appear clean, and at no point during her stay was basic hygiene care discussed or offered, including bathing or assistance cleaning up after accidents. This experience was extremely upsetting for our family. I strongly encourage others to carefully research facilities and advocate closely for their loved ones. Based on our experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this facility to anyone seeking safe and compassionate care for a loved one.

Horrible the residents are ignored when they use the call button and also if one guy across the hall from my mom, was calling for a nurse and for help for over 2 ours hours. When they claimed to have given my mother her medication in the middle of the night and I was there, knowing they did not even come in her room at the time t as t was claimed, they claimed it was on their record they they did. With all apologies, then later ti was told by the nursing supervisor that there was no record of it .rude nasty and not doing what they say they are. DoNOT PUT A LIVED ONE IN HERE!
