Really enjoy going to Publix of Flagler Beach.<br>The staff is extremely helpful, the store is very clean and most of the time I found what I need.

Great builder (Platinum) for the 55+villas. Beautiful area. Only negative is lawn maintenance promised carefree no maintenance lawn service. Not true. Unless you enjoy seeing weeds growing freely in your bushes and around plants you need to do your own weeding. Told we would have club house with library and activities for the 55+ community. Not true. Told we would have bocce ball court -not true. Finally did get a pretty pool and a very small exercise room. That’s it. Love my neighbors and the home but disappointed we are not getting what was sold to us when buying. Yet hoa dues are the same as when we signed the contract.
