Little did we know, we knew the manager Wes. It was a pleasure to see him as it had been several years. We are considering purchasing a home in their community in Ormond Beach, we're quite surprised by the value and quality of the homes.

Nice and quiet development I love it here at my sister's house which is moving at the moment because Aberdeen is making her move after her missing a few months of rent they won't even work with her she offered to make payments they wouldn't take it.

This is a 55+ community that not only is beautiful in appearance. They offer activities for the residents to help keep them in good shape and well socialized with others. They offer a wellness check for people who have loved one living there. Call the guard shack and they will not only check on them but will call 911 if need be and call you back.

Really enjoyed the tour thru this community, salesman was very knowledgeable and made us feel at home. We're actively seeking a 55+ community and this is a great option for us. All the residents were friendly and they have a great social calendar that I look forward to being a participant. The amenities were in great shape, the landscaping was above par. Hope to be fishing there soon!
