While my father, Gene, was only a resident for a few months before his passing, I wanted to thank all of the nurses who provided great care for Dad. Marvia was especially good to Dad. She treated him with kindness and compassion and helped him maintain his dignity. He was so very fond of her.

From the beautiful entry to the outstanding staff I felt very welcome upon arrival. Definitely a community where I would visit my loved ones often

Having a loved one at Paradise Pointe allows me to know that she truly is in the best care she could be in other than my own. 24/7 nurses that truly care to the wonderful med techs like Olivia, Ollie, Samantha and so on,.<br>To the wonderful head of dining room, Amy who cares about the residents and what they eat and if they show up to the dining room and her wonderful staff in the dining room like Marcella who knows exactly what she likes to eat and drink and even ask to help cut her meat if she needs it. And of course, Bob in physical therapy who is encouraging with a calm personality and always a smile that gets her going. Paradise Pointe is excellent and attentive care all around!<br>What makes it even great is at some of my visits is seeing the staff having fun with the residents in the dining room so many different activities!<br>Priscilla

Well appointed and well kept facility. Very nice grounds for enjoying the outdoors. Great physical therapy right on site. The shuttle service is very accommodating. Wonderful social activities. The one area they needed to improve upon was the physical care for sick residents. Hopefully they have made improvements in this regard since last spring. The response time was often completely unacceptable and some of the caregivers were not adequately trained. There were serious safety concerns. I would ask a lot of questions if you are considering this for someone that needs assistance with daily living.

My mother has been a resident at Paradise Pointe since it opened two years ago. In addition to the beautiful decor, convenient location and spacious apartment we have been so pleased with the attentive staff that goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Everyone always has a smile and seems to truly enjoy their work. That truly provides our family priceless piece of mind.
