I was having a surgical procedure done and the Concierge Care staff took exceptional care of me. Theresa was so accommodating in meeting my scheduling needs; and Angelica could not have been more helpful caring for me during this time period. When I first knew that I had to schedule shoulder surgery, I had no idea what I would do for help during my surgery and when I got home from the hospital. I called Advent Health. My health is not critical enough to be approved under their programs. They recommended Concierge care in Daytona - That was several months before my surgery. I met with the concierge care regional manager, and I signed a contract to help me after my surgery.<br><br>Actually, I live alone so the caregiver picked me up in the morning at 6:30 We went to the hospital and some critical surgeries came in before me so my surgery wasn’t until 130. we came home at 5:40 PM. She stayed with me AND got me settled in She Came back later that evening and stayed with me all night until the next morning. It was an amazing experience. She was so professional and so wonderful. It felt more like having a good friend here<br><br>The next day in the afternoon, the second caregiver arrived, and helped me with a shower and preparing meals. Again, a wonderful experience<br><br>I would highly recommend Concierge care if you need help. They Can provide transportation for you. They do errands, they even have a dog walking service, they stay with you in the hospital. They’re all licensed either nurses or CNAs. Big Thank you to the Concierge Care team in Daytona Beach. I have had nothing but professional experiences and caring from the receptionist to care givers. Schedulers are first rate and have helped me provide the needed coverage for my family member. It has given me a great relief to have their help just a call away.
