Do not bring your loved ones here. Find another place! Had to constantly chase down help and they do not take care of their employees. They are understaffed and do not care how they treat their staff. So guess what…your loved ones suffer. I repeat don’t take them there.

All the staff are always, kind, respectful and helpful. I appreciate how kind a patience the nurses are whenever we call or need anything. They keep the facility clean and welcoming. Thank you!

Been here for Pediatric EMERGENCY CARE They have Changed the meaning of EMERGENCY by not showing any urgency, staff was very CASUAL NOT Making it Quick, keeping kid waiting for stiches. They were having shift change and not bothering enough to show urgency to work on stiches. Doctor was not at all paying attention to pull the skin together before making stiches as if it was OKAY. It LEFT BIG MARK OF STICHES as Skin is pulling stiches. He was Casually stitching skin; he could have at least tighten the skin together before stitching. Not sure if they are well trained to do this. It was really bad mistake of being here. AVOID GOING EMERGENCY-- AS THEY DONT TREAT IT LIKE IT

I had a wonderful experience with Huntersville Oaks when my mom stayed there. From the moment she arrived, I felt confident she was in good hands. The staff, including the director Jenny made sure to greet us and explain everything. They always got back to me when I called and I never felt like I was bothering them. She took the time to answer all my questions The nurses were respectful and very attentive to my mom’s needs. The facility was always clean and had a warm welcoming atmosphere. I’m so grateful for the care my mom received at Huntersville Oaks. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good home or rehab for their loved one
