Wonderful staff and very caring. My mother came in for rehab and never wanted to do long term care and now she does just so she doesn't have to leave the staff. They are attentive and establishment is very clean.

The staff is competent, friendly, and compassionate. While I visited, my father received wonderful care from Q, Shavon, and Tina (who was very helpful during his move to another room), and others. The facility is clean, bright, cheerful, and tastefully furnished.

Victoria gave us a warm welcome both times we’ve visited our friend. She was helpful when assisting with check/in & check-out. Also she gave thorough directions for us to navigate our way to our friend. Other staff members we encountered were friendly also. The facility seemed well cleaned.

Nurses were very helpful. A nurse by the name of Connie came in and spoke with us and she was delightful. Asked if we needed anything and was gentle and kind with my mother who's 94. I'm grateful she's in such a place where everyone on staff make sure everything is done and done correctly. ❤️

Huntersville Health & Rehabilitation Center is a breath of fresh air to walk into and get the feeling that you’re in a homelike environment. The sign in was easy, the Receptionist was friendly and the Center smelled clean and looked clean. When I came to my dad’s room he actually appeared calm, and had adjusted to his transfer from the hospital to the Rehab without any trouble!! I can’t remember the name of the nurse who greeted us but she was friendly and thorough in explaining what would happen from day to day. I left confident that he was in the right facility.
