I rarely leave long reviews, but this company absolutely deserves it. From the moment I walked into Homewatch CareGivers of El Paso, I noticed something different. Everyone I encountered was professional, kind, respectful, and welcoming. Every staff member who passed by me acknowledged me with genuine kindness, which is something you don’t see very often. I especially want to recognize Grace. For around five years, if not more, she helped my brother with in-home care. Anytime questions came up, Grace was the point of contact who helped resolve situations, whether it involved scheduling, rescheduling etc name it. Now that my mother is also in need of in-home care, we reached out to Grace again, and she has shown that same amazing character, professionalism, patience, and compassion that she has always had. I also want to recognize the receptionist. Even though I only met her briefly, she showed the same level of care and professionalism that I experienced with Grace. Thank you to Grace, the receptionist, and the entire staff for restoring my faith that there are still companies out there that truly care about professionalism, compassion, and excellence. More importantly, they care about people who are often at their most vulnerable and deserve to be treated with dignity, patience, respect, and genuine human compassion. 🙏🏼
