I cannot say enough wonderful things about Serenity House. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this was more than just a place to live—it’s truly a home. The staff is warm, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make every resident feel valued and cared for. They took the time to get to know my loved one personally, tailoring care to meet their specific needs and preferences. The facility itself is clean, modern, and well maintained. The meals are nutritious, varied, and always delicious. My loved one enjoys when they have activities, like bingo, crafts and holiday celebrations, which keep them engaged and excited. What stands out most to me is the sense of community and compassion. It’s clear that everyone here, from the caregivers to the management team, genuinely cares about the well-being and happiness of the residents.
