We started with this agency a few weeks ago and I have been very pleased so far. Rupal and Nana (owner and lead coordinator) have been both very kind, professional, compassionate, thoughtful and welcoming ! They enthusiastically welcomed my advocating for my Mom and forwarding as many details that I could come up with about what works for her and what kind of caregiver we were seeking. I felt heard and supported from the first conversation. And then the first caregiver they found possessed the very traits I specified! She has been sweet, kind, and compassionate toward my mother and has also willing to be coached to do things the way I do. My mother is a high fall risk and has dementia so it is crucial that certain things are done very specifically. So we are in our second week with Home Instead and feeling positive! I recommend them. The people who run this business all seem to be genuinely caring and thoughtful.
