My caregiver is Jordan Harmon. She is WONDERFUL!!!! I love her sense of humor. She is very helpful. I don't know what I would do without her. She is amazing!!!

I am writing this review for Heather muddyman who has been an outstanding caregiver for my father for some reason her attitude and character match my dad's to the t they get along so well and she puts him in a great mood so when I get home it's nice to be with him because he's happy and content thank you again for your professionalism and your understanding of my father I couldn't have asked for a better caregiver than what I was given thank you and I hope she continues her stay with my dad as long as possible

I took a chance and gave this company a call. I am a very seasoned caregiver and have worked privately for years but after seeing how many people needed my services in this area who couldn’t afford private care and were covered through their insurance I gave Home Halo a call. I was able to talk to the sweetest girl who said we would love to bring you on as an as needed caregiver so we don’t Interfere with your private clients. When she told me they service our veterans I was completely on board. They truly take care of their caregivers that they employ offering a great wage and giving the caregiver the opportunity to rearrange her schedule with her client as needed. It gives me the opportunity to be a mom first as much as I love what I do. I’m very honest when I go to work for somebody else and tell them that my kids always come first. Rafael The VP has been absolutely wonderful to work with his communicating has been outstanding And he is very transparent. Although I don’t have many clients through home, Halo just yet I look forward to helping them grow their clientele here and rural idaho. Let’s be honest most home care agencies around here are huge companies, and you hardly ever get to speak to a person. What I love about Home Halo is that even though they are a bigger company you still get that small Business feel from them. I look forward to Working with them more And helping them in any way I can. I am very compassionate About the work that I do, which is why I have Not worked for an agency for many years because I couldn’t find one that carried the same values that I do when it comes to taking care of my clients Home Halo has those same values that I do. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I received a phone call had an interview. I thought it went excellent. I have 37 years experience as a caregiver. I'm a very empathetic compassionate caregiver. I go above and beyond to help those that need assistance. At the end of my interview, he stated to me send over my email we Our fairly new we are coming to Idaho. I see that you're located in Caldwell. I would love to bring you on my team. I sent over my email. I never heard anything again. I reached back out onto indeed scheduled another phone call interview just to touch base with this person and they declined my phone call. I proceeded with an email letting them know that I was going to review the company because I felt that was very unprofessional of them to hire somebody and to go through these steps in such an unprofessional manner. I would not recommend doing interviews with this company. Us as caregivers put our heart in to our clients I take my interview is very seriously Just as I do my job.
