I have worked with ABS for going on 3 years, I have worked in many facilities and other in-home agencies. None compare to ABS. Rhandi and Allie are some of the most genuine people; not only do they understand sometimes life happens, but they work with you to help in any situation. Most places see caregivers as low man on the totem pole; at ABS they make it known we as caregivers are essential and vital to the company. All the clients I’ve been with have been amazing and I have built very close friendships from it. Here at A better solutions the saying “we are family” really means something. Forever thankful for Rhandi and Allie!!

I started with this company almost 2 years ago, to start a new career path. I had been eith a different "Cooperate American Job" for 7 years and the values and integrity weren't there. When I started this job, my dad had just passed away from Alzheimer's. 3 days before he passed he gave me some of the best advice I had ever received and it was when he was clear-minded. He told me to "choose a job, where I feel rewarded and serve others. It'snot about money, it'sabout choosingto share your servants heart" BEST ADVICE EVER!!! I left, and I work and serve where I feel like I have done something so special in somebody else's life and serve them, that I feel like I feel rewarded when I clocked out. I am so glad that I took his advice. This truly is one of the greatest jobs I have ever done in my life. Each client I work with is absolutely amazing and I look forward to going to work everyday!!! Rhandi, Alli, and Morgyn are wonderful to work with in the Office. You choose your schedule too. If you have a servants heart and are full of love and integrity, this is the Company to work for.

Worked with this company for almost 4 years, I enjoy the company and the work immensely. I like my bosses, and their efforts of expanding my knowledge of health care with extra little classes at the office, learning how to be the best care for clients with certain needs, ie Hoyer, cares, ect. Clients are loved and cared for, and are a joy to be around and to take care of. Overall good wholesome opportunity for work, that doesn't feel like work, and a team of caregivers that work to make sure clients are taken care of, and Bosses who care for their employees.

Was currently employed with them Friday morning. My daughter took off and I could not find her called her in as a runaway. The next time I checked my schedule I was completely unavailable. Seems they had no concern as an employee or No regard for my missing child.. when I went to ask the office what was going on they called it a no-call no show. Are you kidding me? My child was missing could have been in harm's Way. You think I had time to make a phone call and say hey. I really can't find my child. I've worked for other companies that had more concern in regard for human life. And they ask you to treat their clients like family but they don't even treat their employees as such. Their hiring process is garbage. I told them I needed some brushing up on some things I hadn't done in a long time. Although I've done this job for 8 years consistently. They don't do any real training upon orientation. They sent you in front of a desk with papers and read a slideshow to you. I wouldn't recommend this company. Not to mention, I thought about giving my two weeks a weekend after hearing clients complain about how faulty the office can be.

I would highly recommend a Better Solution. Their communication is excellent and in the 3 months we have used them for daily home help their people are exceptional. They also do a great job in finding coverage when needed. Their service has taken so much stress out of my recovery for both myself and my husband. We are so glad to have found them.
