A caring hand is a great place to work for. You get to connect with some very special clients. You get to make a change in their life. By talking and showing understanding and love. Help them with daily tasks that they are not able to do. The office staff is also very helpful. They are very quick to respond with any questions or situations that one may have.

I have worked for A Carings Hands for about 4years. They have always put me first in taking on new clients. Making sure I'm comfortable with the changes I encounter. They are so easy to communicate any changes I need and will change things to fit around my situations. When I was dealing with a tragedy in my life they were there for me. I've had 7 years of experience with this company not only with two of my personal family members but others as well. I couldn't say enough about the integrity of their employees and staff. They truly care about everybody that they care for, including their own employees. 100% recommend them if you need help for a loved one or thinking about employment in the healthcare fields. 👋🏽 so as for my experience with a caring hand I have been with them for almost a yr. At first it started off a bit rough to get my paperwork done. I would schedule to go in and complete my paperwork but the person I was meeting with would forget and leave. This happen 2 times. Finally I got all my stuff in through emails. However......... This is the ONLY struggle I have had with them. They have been easy to talk to if I have questions or need to change updated information. All they really expect is for you to do your job as a caregiver, keep the clients happy, and clock in and out. The only thing I would probably recommend (IF this is not happening) is training caregivers so they feel confident when entering new homes and introductions so that families,clients,and caregivers can meet each other. Thank you A Caring Hand for the opportunity to work with all of you and the amazing client I have. Keep up the great work.
