My family has been so happy with Bright Star Memory Care. Our mother needed memory care and bright star is the perfect fit for her. The care is amazing. They are all so passionate and affectionate to the residents there. They go above and beyond to encourage the residents to engage in activities and they all take great care to make residents as comfortable as possible. We have been blessed to have such great care and the residents all seem so happy and are always smiling. The food there is made daily and always looks and smells amazing. The facility is clean and each residents room is always made up and kept clean. Thank you so much for keeping a great facility to all the help at all of the facilities. 🙏

BrightStar has a family home atmosphere. Employees take time to know and fully engage with the residents and their care. Each resident has their own room. Our mom has been at BrightStar for a little over one year. She often says I like it here, everyone is always kind to me and I’m glad I live here. She feels secure which is important to us. They have game nights where they play trivia and bingo. The yards are kept up nicely with a wide variety of plants and trees. The birds and squirrels are great entertainment. There is a beautiful sunroom where we can go inside and all sit together to visit. There’s also a welcoming family room where each resident has a recliner to visit, watch TV or read.

My mother had a serious fall 2 1/2 years ago and it simply wasn't safe for to go back to being alone. When we began to look for a new place for her to live/be cared for, the BrightStar home was a no-brainer. It feels like a home, complete with home-cooked meals, a living room, private bedrooms, etc. For over two years the staff have been exceptional and taken wonderful care of her. We highly recommend them!

Brightstar is a great community partner that works extremely hard for their clients and residents. They provide 2-24 hour in home care or assisted living homes here in the Treasure Valley. I have worked with them many times and have always had great experiences. I would highly recommend them if you need help in your home or if you need a small assisted living home.

My father lived at BrightStar in Boise for two years. From the beginning, he was received graciously and was treated with excellent care. I visited several times and always found the home to be immaculately clean and cheerful. The workers were all kind, patient and helpful. I called nearly daily, day and night, and was always able to access him. I will always be grateful to the exceedingly professional and deeply caring attention he received. I believe this is an exceptionally well run and well staffed home.
