I cannot say enough about my experience at Riverview and the wonderful people I met. I also loved and appreciated many of the residents I had the privilege of getting to know. One of the sad things about a place like Riverview is that we never want to have to go back. This is true when it comes to being a patient. I hope I never need more joint replacements or have any more falls, but if I do, I will choose to return without hesitation! If I could give more than 5 out of 5 stars, I would.

Chuck (CNA) was my mom’s favorite person. He was caring and always treated her with much respect. He was funny and made her laugh.
Everyone was very nice there and helpful. Mom didn’t like the night nurse because she said she wasn’t very cordial.
I gave this rating a 4 because the food was absolutely terrible. My mom lost 10 percent of her body weight because she wouldn’t eat but a couple of bites.

The staff were all caring and extremely supportive of my need to get back to my home, providing the appropriate level of care to my needs. Therapy team, particularly Teresa who geared my therapy to my life in the Idaho mountains, no sidewalks here..mainly dirt and rocks and so I had an opportunity to be prepared for my transition back home. The administration, well, any although minor concerns I mentioned were addressed immediately and I was shown appreciation for bringing even minor things to thier attention. Overall, must be the best rehabilitation center in Boise...and I thank all staff for the top notch care I recieved.

This is the second time I have had to go to rehab. I was able to make a decision to go back to Riverview because of the staff the policies and procedures and the dedication from everybody. Anyone who needs rehab to get stronger and more independent will not be disappointed.
