The office staff are nice, understanding, professional and personable.
I'm not sure I can say the same for the care team.
My love one was only there for 7 days and is already back in the hospital.
My love one is being treated for high sodium, dehydration, has bed sores, trach tube was clogged, lungs were clogged, sugar level was high, had a fever, currently fighting some type of infection, and was not giving all the medicine prescribed. No rehab was done. My love one is worst than when arrived. They were supposed to be healing and getting better not left to see how bad things could get in a week.

Multiple violations including asbestos tiles in bathrooms, black mold, strong urine odors, inadequate heat and cooling, along with much more inadequate care needs for residents.

This place doesn't deserve any stars. My mother-in-law passed away in this facility. It took weeks to get a signed death certificate as the doctor said that she had not checked her email and seen the request. Her work email! My husband has been billed since her passing, and now the bills are coming in my deceased family member's name. The business office manager sent a card offering her condolences , followed up by a bill as if to exploit my husband's grief. I would not recommend this facility .

I was admitted to liberty rehab for my hip, pelvic bone, and my left leg bone and my knee. The nurses, PT,OT are fantastic and they got me to where I can go home. It was so smooth and the administrators and House Keepers all made sure that my room was all set up and cleaned for me
