My mother was a resident from October 2021 until her recent passing. I cannot thank the staff enough not only for the genuine love and care they provided my mother, but also to me and my family. I will forever be grateful to each and every one of them.

Very loving, kind, knowledgeable and caring staff! They make sure each resident receives the best care. They have been a blessing for my precious MIL. If you have to go or have a family member go to a Nursing facility, I highly recommend Bethesda Health Care Facility.

My famimy had a wonderful experience at Bethesda Healthcare. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warmth and care of the staff. The facility is clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable home like environment. The nurses and aides are attentive and go above and beyond dor all the residents. Communication with families is excellent, and they take the time to listen to concerns and provide updates. I am so grateful for the level of care and compassion that Bethesda Health Care provided for my family. I highly recommend this skilled nursing facility to anyone in need of excellent care!

Several years ago our mom(my MIL) was diagnosed with alzhimers and of course we kept her home a long as possible. Eventually we could see that we could no longer provide the level of care and safety that she needed at home so we enrolled her in Bethesda Heath Care in Eastover, NC. My own mother was there and received excellent care until her passing 18 years ago.(they actually have many employees that are still there- says a lot for the owners*****) Ms. Cynthia Hales is the social worker there and she was so awesome. She was so patient and explained everything in great detail and showed such concern for my MIL. Since Mom has been there(maybe a month and a half) she has received a level of care and compassion that is unlike anything nursing facility I've ever seen. The nursing staff is beyond compassionate and on top of any health concern that arises. I just love Marie and Amy. Diamond is the CNA for mom and can get her to eat when I can't. Beautiful hearts and a genuine love for the elderly. I'm contacted anytime there is a change in my MIL's health or meds. Jessica is the Rec coordinator but she does so many other things. She's so wonderful. I can not say enough positive things about this wonderful place. If you are in a time where you are faced with the fact that you can no longer care for your loved one at home anymore I would highly suggest that you call Bethesda Health Care. I can tell you that when I leave there and go home I feel so secure in the fact that Mom is getting the best care.

My Father was moved here in June after he fell at another facility and had surgery for a broken hip. We would not send him back to the other facility as we were so unhappy there. Bethesda’s entire staff took such good care of my Father during the last six weeks of his life. They treated with with such kindness, dignity and respect. Everyone we dealt with treated all our family in the same manner. It was always very easy to get nurses on the phone, and the nurses and doctors would call us with questions about his care. I only wish I had known about Bethesda in April when we chose the other facility. It was such a blessing having peace of mind knowing our Father was in such a good place.
