The staff are loving, respectful, patient, and compassionate, and they always go above and beyond to make families feel comfortable and supported. Everyone is treated with dignity, kindness, and genuine care, and you can tell the staff truly love what they do.Ms. Carla, the owner, is wonderful and very understanding. She creates a positive and caring environment and makes sure both her clients and staff are treated like family. Her dedication, professionalism, and compassion really make HomeWells stand out. I was in desperate need of getting home care for my elderly mother who declined abruptly after a mini stroke last year. It was such a blessing when Carla responded to my online inquiry. She made arrangement quickly to match the best nurse aides for our family. They were caring individuals, always prompt and engaging. I trusted them completely, and forever thankful for their compassionate service. HomeWell is truly the best thing that I could have had for my mother in her end-of-life journey. If you are looking for top-quality home health care then look no further. The team at HomeWell Care Services is the one to go with. My mother needed 24-hour home health care and they were able to provide it to me right away. They came to the health care facility my mother was at to meet her and to understand her needs. After meeting her they immediately provided us with a team of hand-picked ladies to provide my mother with care. They came to the house for me to meet with them and I knew right away they were the company for me. They treated my mother with love, compassion, respect, and dignity. She knew she was in good hands. Some would even stop by on their day off to check on her and bring her favorite hot dog meal from Dairy Queen. My mother passed away in May 2024 and to this day I still keep in touch with the ladies. They are part of my family now. If you want the best, HomeWell Care Services is the one!

I was given 4 days notice that my 85 year old mom was being discharged home from a local nursing home. I had little time to make arrangements. I reached out to Homewell Care of Fayetteville and got an immediate response. They arranged for a caregiver within 24 hours while other companies told me it would be 7-10 days. The caregiver we have is fabulous and has made my Mother’s transition home so much easier than we expected. They are very flexible with scheduling and the entire team really care about their clients.
