My 88 year old mom has been here for almost 3 weeks after having back surgery, and everyone has been absolutely amazing! As soon as you walk in you notice immediately how clean and sanitary! The ladies at the front desk alway greet you with hello every single time you come in . The PT and OT staff have been phenomenal helping her get back to her baseline level in order to come home . My mom’s room was large and clean with everything she needed including a phone so I could call her every night before she went to sleep . The staff called me with every concern keeping me informed on her care; with any updates. I was nervous initially because this was my mom’s first NursingCare /Rehab facility ever .. but everyone here made her feel welcome , safe, comfortable and very cared for ! Her healing was their primary focus ! I just can’t say enough! I was beyond pleased ! This is 1000% the best facility in Fayetteville! Thank you to all of you At Haymount!

I toured the family yesterday unannounced and was so impressed. I met with David in admissions about getting my husband transferred for short term rehab. I felt so welcomed. I’m praying this transfer will happen. Haymount is the nicest facility I’ve ever been in.

Excellent experience! Staff was always so friendly and identified you by name. (Shout out to Ms. Wilma!) My grandma was here for short stay after a knee replacement, and I had peace of mind knowing she was there. The PT & OT was extremely helpful for her, and she adored who she called “The Heathers” (both of their names were Heather😂) She was picky with her food, so we did bring in or DoorDash her food while she was there, and the front desk always made sure it got to her room. The facility is so clean, and doesn’t have that “odor” that other facilities we toured had. I was always greeted with a smile entering the facility, and every staff member I’d pass said hello. I would highly recommend this facility. My Nanny said thank you all the staff that had hand in helping her along her recovery. 🩷

My mother spent just over a year at Haymount. She initially went there for rehab for a broken leg. But she had dementia/alzheimers and by that point, she had lost her ability to walk so I couldn’t take care of her anymore so we made the hard decision to transfer her to the nursing home part. My mother was a nurse for 40 years and spent her entire career working in nursing homes so I heard all the horror stories growing up, so I was a little nervous at first. Let me just say now, I am SO glad I was able to get her in this one. They took amazing care of her and me as I was the one going to see her every day. All of the staff was so amazing with her. My mother died 12/19/25. My brother and I went to go clean out her room that day after leaving the hospital. It took us a good 20 minutes to get from the front desk to her room because every single staff member we passed on the way stopped us to hug us and let us know how much they loved her. I will forever be grateful for the care and attention they gave her when I could no longer do it. If anyone has a family member who needs care that they can’t provide, I STRONGLY recommend Haymount. It really is the best one in town. And definitely worth the cost.

Our family is incredibly grateful for the outstanding care provided by Haymount Rehabilitation. Both my mother and my husband have spent extended periods there—my husband last year and my mother (90 years old) more recently—and in both cases, the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff consistently showed compassion, professionalism, and patience. They treated both of our loved ones with dignity and respect, creating individualized care plans that made a noticeable difference in their recovery and well-being. We always felt informed, supported, and reassured throughout their stays. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and peaceful. It truly feels more like a caring community than a medical facility. We are so thankful for the dedication of the nurses, therapists, and staff who go above and beyond every day. Thank you for being such a positive part of our family’s healing journey. You’ve made difficult times much easier, and we will always be grateful. From the Lane Family
