My in-laws made the most seamless transition into Highgate Senior Living. This was all possible with the help from Jasmyne Valenzuela. She is kind, helpful and assuring. She turned a difficult decision into a manageable decision. Her kindness and dedication to her work is seen every time I see her. Ryan and Gary were amazing in welcoming us to Highgate. They helped make my in-laws home a beautiful and clean and safe place. They are a great asset to this community and always willing to help with any maintenance issues. The help here is undeniably the best! Nursing, housekeeping, food service, management, front desk help, and all the behind the scenes services have been excellent! Our difficult decision to have my in-laws at Highgate has been heartwarming. Thank you to the amazing staff for your care!

One of the things I noticed about highgate that is different from any facility in billings is their activity dept. amber is always doing something for the residents of highgate, from driving the bus to go get ice cream. or making a beautiful balloon arch for one of the many events she puts on. she goes the extra mile for each and everyone of them. she is willing to listen to concerns from residents and staff alike. she is everywhere trying to make sure everyone is happy. Kylie also is a huge asset to the building and both of them as a team cant be beat

My husband and I recently moved to Highgate and have found the best part of the stay is the kindness of the staff. The food is absolutely wonderful. My suite is very comfortable and we had a lot of help with settling in. The transportation is great for getting me to the medical facilities. Noel has been fabulous in organizing our move from Broadus to here. The courtyard is beautiful with flowers and plants and we love the pumpkins growing in the front. The residents have really been welcoming and getting to know them has been easy.

While she has only been there a short while, Mom has made a successful transition to the Assisted Program at Highgate Senior Living. From the beginning, the staff has been friendly, courteous, and sensitive to our specific needs. Mom has a restricted diet, but has crowed about the meals she has had at Highgate. She is beginning to integrate into the social activities there, ones she has mostly lost in recent years. We look forward to her becoming even more integrated into this community and thriving in her new environment.

I’ve taught CPR classes at Highgate in Billings several times and every time I am blown away by the level of professionalism, friendliness, and intelligence that their employees have. Recently, Sam, Nathan, Mary, Latia, Alexis, and Lorissa were especially friendly and helpful. I look forward to when I get to teach at Highgate and it feels like home when I am there. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!
