St. John's United Mission Ridge

St. John's United Mission Ridge is an independent living community in Billings, Montana, and serves as Montana's first Life Plan community. It is designed for older adults who wish to maintain their independence while receiving support with the demands of home ownership.

The community offers independent living options with amenities that reduce daily chores and upkeep. Residents may prepare meals in fully equipped kitchens or enjoy prepared meals served daily in casual or formal dining settings. Social gathering spaces include a Bistro and Coffee Shop where residents can visit with family and friends.

Wellness and recreation are central to campus life. Mission Ridge features a pool, fitness center, staff-led wellness classes, and peaceful grounds for walking. The community also offers spiritual engagement practices and a chapel for fellowship and devotion.

St. John's United provides transition support to help families and residents move into the community. Staff assist with downsizing guidance, affordability assessments, and personalized planning that can begin months or years in advance, allowing residents to tailor their move at their own pace.
