Mission Ridge is a friendly great place to live. They do such a great job meetings and get togethers they plan for us. Also like we get our shots here. Great place to live. Really like it.

8/28/22 Our mother has been at Mission Ridge for about 3 years. She had a major water leak in her apartment in Jan 2022, and it took well over a month for them to fix and refurbish it. She had to relocate to another apartment. This was very upsetting to her. Yesterday, Saturday morning she came home after a 30 minute walk to find her apartment again flooded! She tried several times to get ahold of Ron the head maintenance man, and also Karna, the chief Administrative Officer, and got her voice mail. We also called and left messages for both of them. There is NO ONE available on weekends, and neither Ron or Karna have called back. She had to get a disaster restoration company to come in and turn the water off. She and another resident found a cot and moved it into her friends apartment. She loves living at Mission Ridge, but paying over $2000/ month and not having any support on the weekends is ridiculous! There should at least be someone on call for these type of situations so the elderly do not have to feel they are on their own, and we as family members would have the assurance that she is safe and cared for everyday, not just on weekdays. Jon and Aileen Roger<br><br>9/7/22<br>We met with Karna Monday 8/29. She was very apologetic and we were able to come to an excellent resolution. She did say that all the residents are told to call the Vista after hours, but our mother obviously did not remember that and neither did any of the other residents she talked to. Karna showed us the call tree and on-call administrators that Vista is to use when these things occur, and was going to follow up to see why no one contacted our mother the day this occurred.
