Some of the staff are friendly and helpful MOST are rude and disrespectful I have one staff member that I like a lot Emily The active director She is a great person and always ready to help where and if she can This place is NOT what is is advertised at all Some people lie to get you hear only to find out it's nothing like they told you

It's not what it's advertised to be or have I moved here 3 months ago and hate it no Transportation anywhere very horrible food selection Some staff are good will most are willing to lie to you to get you here the director is a dictatorship

Heritage Retirement Assistant Living and Memory Care of Yorktown, is a hidden Gem for our community! If you are looking for a wonderful, small-town environment for your loved one, you will find it at Heritage. The staff is excellent, showing much love and care for each resident, and very supportive of family interaction. They provide beautiful, bright, cheerful individual rooms, a wonderful activities program, excellent meals, on-site medical care, and many other beneficial amenities. We are so Thankful for the GREAT Care our loved one receives at Heritage of Yorktown!❤️

Rachel did a super job helping to transition my mother to Heritage. I have never experienced someone from the Assisted Living community go above and beyond the expectations for the family like she does. She should be teaching classes on how to exceed expectations. Thank you very much Kelly.
