This place is horrible! They serve residents the same food 3 nights a week. Charge them $1100 to get poor quality care, poor food. Staff steals from residents. The nurses hand out meds when they feel like and not as ordered via the dr. Dr b you cant barely understand. The head guy "admin" wont return family calls. We've had walmart orders delivered that disappear and "never" show up but have photo proof they was there in the lobby several times. It's clean housekeeping does a fabolous job, Rick in activities is fabolois especially with residents i personally witnessed him coming to check on my family that was dying on hospice.. he come check on her 5 to 7 times a day loving on them praising them.. not once did the DON OR ADMINISTRATOR show their fsce.. terrible.. nurse Susan is excellent she truly cares.. I don't know why some of the staff is there but I would Definitely re consider facilities or monitor family closely and DONT BE TAKEN advantage of

My mother had an accident and has been left as a quadrapaligic. The staff there have been incredibly horrible on how they treat her, in checking on her, and other patients. They constantly lose her stuff, tell her they're going to do certain things and then they don't. She's gotten to the point where she has mats in her hair, sores on her head and bed sores from being left in the bed. They have left her sitting her own feces for hours to the point where it dried and didn't change her catheter for hours. They constantly leave the call light out of any reach and even when she does have it they don't come for hours. They give attitude and don't care about her. They let other patients scream and curse one another out and don't do anything while they just talk to each other. I truly hope my family can get her out of this place because if not they will kill her. It's basically an overpriced way to die. Do not send your loved ones here if you care about them.

Brickyard HC of Muncie is excellent the Care they provide to the quality of the care top notch. All the staff are amazing; they make sure I have everything I need. I love sitting around drinking my coffee.

I currently live here, I have been at the Muncie Brickyard for 2 years. I have a best friend that lives here with me. I can do anything I want to. The activates are a lot of fun and I really enjoy them.
