This is a wonderfully caring place! I recommend for rehab. They are building a new outdoor agility park too!

Our loved one stayed at Hebron and had a very positive, healing experience. We felt a personal connection with the therapy & care team, the rooms are beautiful; having the salon right there was so helpful! The building kept clean and the food was good! I highly recommend Hebron for rehab.

I volunteer at Hebron Oaks Skilled Nursing Facility. One day I was visiting a resident who was getting ready for lunch. Unfortunately this person is unable to walk or even stand on her own. The necessary mobility equipment is already provided in the room. With the help of this equipment and staff she was able to stand, rotate, sit again and be taken to the restroom before lunch. I could hear the staff woman speak through the whole process until the resident was back and in her wheelchair, ready to go the dining room. This was a total of approximately 20 mins. I have two points to make. One, almost everything a resident needs is provided in their room. Two, MOST IMPORTANT, the resident was treated with dignity! I listened carefully to how that staff person was talking to the resident. It was with gentleness, warmth, kindness, encouragement and respect

Keep your loved ones away from here! Understaffed - call buttons unanswered for long periods of time - faulty equipment. Having my mother at Hebron Oaks was a nightmare experience for her and our family.
